Writing Boring Articles

Can anyone relate to the dilemma of writing repetitive articles filled with factual information for web content and being bored out of your mind?

As a creative writer, this is a real test of my fortitude. Writing on places like Textbroker and Quality Gal is a real challenge because I feel like I'm spinning words that have already been spun a thousand times. I want to break out into a creative or fantastic rant of imagination and use all the colorful words to describe fancy and fantasy. But I digress, this challenge is good for me. These companies are reliable, they pay and pay on time so that is the plus side. I just am not the mundane, formal content writer who can write about topics that have no umph!!!

Blogging is a lot more creative, even writing for companies like Social Spark or Blogsvertise, because the assignments are usually creative and not limited to rigid requirements with restrictive information.

Trudging onward in my quest to fill my paypal account with enough to cover my internet expenses this month. Tomorrow will be more interesting I truly believe. Watch for articles about interesting people that are in progress. I did not forget about Stormee.

I understand your feelings. Sometimes it gets to me. What I do when that happens is close my eyes and say "Thank You _______" Insert whoever is paying you into the blank.
